Dylan Toymaker and Robin George are the co-owners and co-creators of Crystal Cradle Inc. Dylan is the artistic director, and does most of the designing and crafting. Robin is the marketing and adminstrative director, and handles most of the public relations for Crystal Cradle Inc.

Crystal Cradle Inc. enjoys engaging other people as co-creators for various projects. We often invite other artists to participate independantly in events that we are organizing. Other artists are sometimes hired to help us with festival gigs or to learn crafting techniques and help craft products.
